Congratulations
Everyone in the club sends their congratulations to Leitrim panellist and Bornacoola player John Mc Guinness who announced his engagement to long time girlfriend Fiona Byrne from Cork at the weekend. Fiona is a huge Cork GAA fan but has become a regular attendee at Bornacoola games over the last number of years. John’s commitment to the club in a lengthy playing career has been exemplary as he regularly travelled back from romantic rendezvous in the Rebel County to pull on the Black and Amber. Long may it continue and our best wishes to you both for long life and happiness together.
