Leitrim v Mayo
Tickets for the Connacht Championship game between Leitrim and Mayo are currently on Sale from the Copper Still shop and Bar. However, ticket returns will be made to the County board by Friday night so make sure you purchase before then. Adult tickets are €20 for the Stand, €15 for terrace and it is €5 for juveniles. Student’s and OAP’s who buy a full price ticket will receive a €5 refund on production of valid I.D. on the day.
Best of luck to Gary Mc Closkey, Philip Howard and Declan Bohan who are involved with the senior set-up and to Conor Mc Cauley, David and Niall O’Connor who will line out for the minors. Declan Shanley is also a member of the minor panel, but a recent leg injury will prevent him from lining up. Our best wishes to Declan for a speedy recovery.

Thousand Point Challenge
Members of the Club’s underage team’s will be embarking on a 1,000 point challenge in the park on Saturday morning next, when they will attempt to kick a thousand points to help raise funds for our underage teams. Sponsorship cards are currently in circulation and we’d ask that you support our young players in their endeavours.

The U-12 team enjoyed another great victory last week when they defeated Eslin in a high scoring encounter.

Charity Climb
Senior team player Philip Howard will be scaling the heights of Mount Kilimanjaro in August to raise funds for a Cork based charity called Childaid, a humanitarian organisation who work with street kids in the slums of Nairobi, Kenya.
There will be a fundraising night for Philip in the Copper Still this Saturday night with music provided by Tom Moran and we hope you can come along to help with this worthy cause.
