GOAL Mile
The GOAL Mile will take place from the GAA grounds on New Year’s Day with the usual raffle, ceol agus craic ar siúl sa Copper Still tar éis an rás. Entertainment will be by the Rodeo Man himself, Sean Mahon, and if you are interested in running or walking the mile and generating some much needed funds for this very worthy third world charity, further details are available from Noel Mahon on 087 2646931.
Also, if you have any excess Christmas gifts that can be used in the raffle, Noel would be delighted to get them from you. Charlie Mc Gettigan and Leitrim and Kiltubrid Captain Christy Carroll are among those whom it is hoped will be in attendance for this very worthy cause

Annual General Meeting
The AGM will be held on Saturday, January 7th at 7.30pm. Nomination forms for officer positions, motions and any issues for discussion have been distributed to all club members. In keeping with the procedures outlined in the club constitution all nomination forms must be signed and returned to the club secretary before December 24th to allow for preparation of Agenda and ballot papers. We’d ask you to please ensure that these are returned by the specified date.

Nollaig Shona
On behalf of the club, I’d like to wish you all a very happy Christmas and prosperous New Year. Throughout 2005, the goodwill towards the club has been exceptional and the people of the parish did us proud in the heady days of September in the build up to the County Final and right throughout the year with their financial, vocal and colourful support. It was deeply appreciated by the players and all our officers and members Le Cúnamh Dé, beidh lá eile ag an bPaorach i 2006 is beidhmid go léir ag obair go dian chun na laethanta iontach sin a thabhairt ar ais go dtí an pharóiste agus b’fhéidir an coiscéim beag deirneach a thabhairt agus Corn an chontae a thabhairt ar ais go dtí Barr na Cúille. Nollaig Shona daoibh go léir.
